We determined the market size, competition, potential partners and end-users, leveraging both top-down desk research and bottom-up stakeholder discussions (all native of course). We proposed and implemented country specific go-to-market plans, built databases of potential partners and did the necessary match-making. It has resulted in very focused business development activities.
