Luxembourg’s main telecom provider continues to introduce attractive new B2B propositions. Solid propositions to both existing and new customers. We agreed on a direct sales approach, in the context of a specific challenge, with the intent to drive short-term sales.

Excelerators helped launch the new proposition. We reviewed and simplified the offer, built and prioritized target groups in function of short-term deliverables, approached cherry picked customers and prospects, drove lead generation and deal closing. USP iterations were made, proposition calculators refined.

With a strong focus on prospect data and analysis, the right USP and the facilitation of cooperation between multiple stakeholders, the B2B proposition was successfully sold over the phone and/or in the Telco shops.
