HCJ is a high-quality manufacturer and worldwide supplier of stainless steel joints for concrete floors. They are true product leaders with their patented cosinus design that optimizes industrial floors for warehouses and factories. They wanted to continually reinforce their position with existing distributors, while actively seeking new ones.  

In close cooperation with the HCJ CEO we set up joint business development with distributors to uncover new projects in their markets, whilst following a joint sales funnel. For Turkey, Hungary and Ukraine we identified high potential distributors, approached them and turned them into partners we continue to develop to date.  

One of our team members is now an integral part of the HCJ team and supports all business development activities. This gives the CEO room for the most important activities to further grow this great company.
