A manufacturer of frozen food was acquired by private equity in Germany. The manufacturer already had a solid position in the german retail market and  had expanded internationally. To grow the company further three acquisitions were done in France and the USA of companies with complimentary assortments and geographical strength. The integration had been started but lacked a central plan and execution.

Excelerators were asked to make sure the required synergies were realized. Together with key people in sales, production, finance & IT a roadmap was created with all the prioritized integration initiatives, their owners and the timelines. Special deep-dives were done with experts on certain topics to clarify the approach.

Besides a solid plan the stakeholder management was equally important across the companies and cultures. Within 3 months the integration was fully back on track and handed over to the organization.
